After you have registered with us, the process of updating
your information is easy. At any point in the future, with
the use of your personal login and password, you may change
or update your corporate information, job orders, and candidate
alert criteria.

are reviewed by a recruiter who understands the importance

Services . . .
Website Searches and Alerts: This service is free to
employers and will be combined with one of the Traditional
Services below when you express an interest in a candidate.
Essentially, we provide access to our database of prescreened
and interviewed candidates for you to explore. If you select
and hire a candidate from our database, the service fee is
15% of the applicant's total annual remuneration.
Traditional
Recruiting Services . . .
Retained Search*: Typically reserved for a critical
need or extremely sensitive assignments. This search option
offers complete, full-service search with a dedicated project
team assigned to your openings until completed. A retainer
fee is due at contract signing that gives priority to your
openings. All candidates recruited will be exclusively presented
to you. Our service fee is 30% of the candidate's total annual
remuneration for this type of search, with 5% due at signing.
Engagement
Search*: Best utilized for positions which must be filled
in a timely period and require thorough, professional representation
in the marketplace. A project team will work with you until
the position is filled. Candidates will be offered exclusively
to you for a period of 30 days. An engagement fee due at contract
signing that may be applied to service charge upon fulfillment
of the search. Our service fee is 25% of the candidate's total
annual remuneration for this type of search, with 5% due at
signing.
Contingency
Search: May be used for ongoing openings, which are not
urgent in nature. Many clients select this option when a critical
need does not exist, but utilization for a particular profile
is constant. No exclusivity of candidates is offered with
this search method. Payment of search fees are "contingent"
on the hiring of a referred candidate. Our service fee is
25% of the candidate's total annual remuneration.
Contract
Staffing: Allows you to bring in professional-level employees
for a specific length of time or for a specific project. Our
association with Top Echelon Contracting, Inc., allows us
to supply you with top-notch professionals for a specific
length of time or for a specific project. Top Echelon Contracting,
Inc. becomes the contractor's legal Employer of Record,
freeing you from all the administrative paperwork including
taxes and workers' compensation, payroll processing, unemployment
liabilities, etc. Please contact us for individual pricing.
Temporary
Staffing: For short-term and/or project needs. Primarily
used as replacements for office workers, temporary help is
used across a broad range of skills and occupations to substitute
for employees on leave, on vacation, in emergencies, or to
provide supplemental support where there are temporary skills
shortages, or to lend technical expertise to specific projects,
or for peak load needs. Please contact us for individual pricing.
Outplacement:
Designed to assist terminated employees in preparing for and
finding new employment through short-term or long-term counseling
and support services, on a group or individual basis. Please
contact us for individual pricing.
Payrolling:
If, for any reason, a client company needs another permanent
employee but can't add to its own payroll, the company can
elect to put this person on CCG's payroll. The employee is
the client's in every aspect except that his/her paychecks
will come from CCG. Please contact us for individual pricing.
*Most
search firms give priority to the Retained and Engagement
searches. When the client has provided a portion of the fee
up front, the recruiting firm has some assurance that they
will be compensated for their time, effort and results. Your
need for immediate results should dictate which vehicle you
choose and if you've made the right choice in firm, the risk
is minimal.
Service
Guarantee . . .
CCG provides a guarantee for all its Website and Traditional
Recruiting Services. This guarantee is to allow the client
time to satisfy itself that the employee has the requisite
experience and qualifications, and the information provided
by the employee and other sources, directly or through us,
is accurate. Should the employee leave or be terminated for
cause within (30) thirty days after the start date, they will
be replaced or the full fee refunded at the client's option.
This guarantee is provided our payment terms have been met.
This guarantee is not applicable in the event that the employee
is terminated because employer has insufficient work for the
employee. |
